• You will be enhancing the execution of some of the most intricate and fascinating projects globally through top-tier project planning.

• You will develop strategies and tactics aimed at refining the project delivery process.

• You will convert this expertise into a logically structured plan and analyze it using planning software.

• Subsequently, you will utilize the plan to guide teams on their priorities.

• This position is part of our Project Management Consultancy team, which emphasizes:

• - Identifying the actual challenges faced by projects

• - Implementing optimal solutions for those challenges

• - Creating scalable best practices, tools, and technologies

• More specifically, you will join our Project Planning Team, recognized as industry leaders in planning complex construction projects.

• Your top three objectives are:

• 1. To ensure construction projects achieve near-perfect delivery

• 2. To devise scalable and repeatable solutions for common challenges

• Your top five responsibilities include:

• 1. Own the plan: Take ownership of the project plan for one or more projects and ensure effective adherence to it.

• 2. Own the outcome: You are accountable for making sure the project team comprehends and focuses on the plan, regardless of any resistance.

• 3. Report and inform: Deliver clear, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

• 4. Make scalable solutions: Collaborate with the team to develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools for long-term impact.

• 5. Develop everyone: Maximize the personal and professional development of your team and educate our clients for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in construction engineering: You possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience on construction projects, expertise in project planning, including software and principles, alongside solid Excel skills, and a strong interest in data.

• Communication skills: You are proficient in both written and verbal English and possess the charm and influence necessary to encourage construction professionals to adopt new methods and optimal approaches.

• Leadership capabilities: You proactively lead yourself and others by asking insightful questions and challenging them appropriately.

• Impact: You have demonstrated a history of enhancing projects and organizations beyond the basics by implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that have made a significant positive difference.
