Innovation Strategist

📋 Description

• Implement innovation and AI strategy initiatives for clients.

• Create and facilitate workshops focused on strategy evaluation and roadmap formulation.

• Establish governance frameworks and risk management plans.

• Partner with business executives to convert goals into actionable plans.

• Produce client-facing materials such as strategy presentations and operational manuals.

• Assist in account planning and pre-sales activities.

• Contribute to the organization’s knowledge repository and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in innovation, strategy consulting, or digital transformation.

• Proven experience in leading workshops and engaging with stakeholders.

• Familiarity with AI tools and enterprise AI implementation is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of business process design and governance principles.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including effective collaboration.

• Robust analytical abilities to distill complex ideas into actionable strategies.

• Capability to develop and clearly communicate messages to diverse audiences.

• Highly organized with a natural tendency for strategic planning and execution.

• Experience with extensive organizational technology initiatives.

• Self-motivated with the capacity to quickly adapt to new business processes and work autonomously.

• Ability to manage and execute tasks while demonstrating flexibility in adjusting plans as needed.

• Sanitized examples of work products will be required.

• Prior consulting experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in strategic storytelling and exhibiting executive presence.
