Ingeniero Seguridad Cloud, Semi Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Implement and manage security configurations in cloud environments (Azure/AWS), ensuring compliance with standards and protection of infrastructure.

• Develop and automate infrastructure as code (IaC) with a focus on security using tools such as Terraform.

• Integrate security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or others), ensuring security controls throughout the development lifecycle.

• Configure and manage security controls in containers and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS).

• Manage identities and access (IAM / Managed Identities) and apply Zero Trust principles and micro-segmentation.

• Implement and manage secure networks (WAF, API Management, Firewalls) to protect applications and services.

• Ensure compliance with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SAMM), identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities.

• Automate processes and scripting to enhance security in cloud and multi-platform environments.

• Document architectures, workflows, and security controls of the implemented solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

• Experience in security configuration in public clouds (Azure or AWS).

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with a focus on security (e.g., Terraform).

• Strong knowledge of containers and orchestrators (Docker / Kubernetes / AKS).

• Experience in implementing SAST, DAST, and SCA tools in CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of Zero Trust concepts, Micro-segmentation, and Secure Networks (WAF, API Management, Firewalls).

• Experience in identity and access management (IAM / Managed Identities).

• Knowledge of compliance or maturity frameworks (e.g., NIST, SAMM, or ISO 27001).

• Minimum experience: 3 years in information security or cloud architecture.

• Experience in CI/CD and automation of pipelines.

• Use of Jenkins for pipelines.

• Knowledge of containerization with Docker.

• Fundamentals of Kubernetes.

• Basic knowledge of Azure & AWS cloud.

• Ability to document flow diagrams and architecture (Swagger/OpenAPI, Mermaid, or Visio).
