This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Contact Center infrastructure
• Direct collaboration with global teams
• Role with international impact
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience delivering solutions on CCaaS platforms
• Experience with NICE inContact or CXone and proficiency in using the Studio Scripting Tool
• Proficiency in Contact Center technological tools: ACD, IVR, QM, and WFM
• Advanced English (C1) is essential
