This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Providing on-site support for NCR - Retail and other brand equipment, both preventively and reactively.

• Ensuring high-quality service for each task performed.

• Completing service reports and tracking records.

• Managing the recovery, return, and delivery of parts.

• Communicating effectively with various operational departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technician or Engineer in Computer Science (Hardware and Software).

• Technician or Engineer in Electronics.

• Technician or Engineer in Networking.

• Proficient in the use of a multimeter.

• Must reside in León, Guanajuato, or nearby areas.
