This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Providing corrective and preventive maintenance for NCR ATM technology – Point of Sale terminals.

• Completing service attention reports/tickets.

• Updating the system through the company's application.

• Recovery, return, and delivery of parts.

• Communicating with various operational areas.

• Following escalation levels and maintaining communication with operational supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technician or Engineer in Computer Science (Hardware and Software).

• Technician or Engineer in Electronics.

• Technician or Engineer in Networking.

• Valid driver's license.

• Proficiency in using a multimeter.

• Reside in San Luis Potosí or surrounding areas.

• Willingness to travel and work in nearby areas.
