
Infrastructure β Technical Integration Coordinator, Federal Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee technical integration activities that facilitate enterprise healthcare modernization projects.
β’ Collaborate with teams from engineering, infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and application development to enhance system integration efforts.
β’ Assist in the implementation of interfaces, application connectivity, and enterprise interoperability across various environments.
β’ Manage infrastructure readiness activities, including dependencies related to servers, networks, clouds, databases, and applications.
β’ Track technical implementation timelines and integration milestones while monitoring risks and dependencies.
β’ Support Configuration and Integration Testing (CIT), deployment planning, and activities ensuring production readiness.
β’ Organize technical working sessions, design reviews, integration planning meetings, and discussions related to implementation.
β’ Keep technical documentation, interface specifications, integration diagrams, and implementation records up to date.
β’ Assist in troubleshooting technical integration challenges and coordinate resolutions with the relevant technical teams.
β’ Suggest process enhancements that improve systems integration, implementation efficiency, and operational reliability.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
β’ A minimum of five (5) years of experience in supporting enterprise infrastructure, systems integration, application implementation, or technical project coordination.
β’ Proficiency in coordinating enterprise application integrations across cloud, network, database, and infrastructure environments.
β’ Knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud computing, systems architecture, and concepts related to healthcare interoperability.
β’ Preferred experience with AWS, AWS GovCloud, Azure, VMware, Windows Server, Linux, or other enterprise infrastructure technologies.
β’ Preferred experience in supporting HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, web services, or healthcare systems integration.
β’ Preferred experience in Agile, DevSecOps, or hybrid software development methodologies.
β’ Preferred experience working with VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, as well as health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management.
β’ Strong analytical capabilities, technical documentation skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
