Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for developing and executing the project planning and scheduling controls strategy, incorporating roles for both BP and contractors.

• You will ensure compliance with financial, business, and project processes throughout all phases of the project.

• You will provide schedules that aid in accurate estimation, benchmarking, and interface planning.

• You will coordinate both internal and external schedule benchmarks and guarantee preparedness for upcoming phases.

• You will prepare and oversee the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) in partnership with the Cost Engineer.

• You will implement and track detailed and summary schedules during the entire project lifecycle.

• You will develop and incorporate schedule risk analysis and mitigation strategies into the risk and change management processes.

• You will establish a comprehensive project-wide progress measurement and reporting system with well-defined roll-up structures.

• You will generate and present schedule reports and project updates to pertinent stakeholders.

• You will assist with project closeout planning and carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule management.

• Proficient and expert-level experience with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Acumen Suite).

• Ability to coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform, delivering project/program status reports as needed.
