Infrastructure Analyst – Red Hat

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Support the deployment team in executing tasks and addressing issues associated with project implementations.

• Carry out designated deployment activities based on the directives and guidance provided by the project leadership team.

• Engage in conducting quality tests to verify that implemented solutions align with established requirements and quality benchmarks.

• Aid in training end users on utilizing newly deployed solutions or systems, offering support throughout the transition period.

• Deliver basic technical assistance to resolve inquiries or issues related to solution implementation, escalating requests to higher support tiers or vendors when necessary.

• Assist in configuring and tailoring solutions as required to fulfill specific client or project needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of higher education in IT.

• Proven experience in deploying Linux operating systems.

• Familiarity with Project Management principles.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift is advantageous.

• Linux certifications are considered a plus.

• Experience with Red Hat solutions is beneficial.
