Infrastructure Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Server Oversight and Maintenance: Oversee server performance, conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, and guarantee service availability.

• Network Administration: Set up, monitor, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.

• Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce security policies such as access control, encryption, and safeguards against cyber threats. Perform security audits and ensure adherence to standards and regulations.

• Technical Assistance: Offer technical support to resolve infrastructure-related challenges, assisting various departments and clients.

• Project Planning and Execution: Engage in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, including migrations, hardware and software upgrades, or network expansions.

• Documentation: Generate and maintain technical documentation for IT infrastructure, covering network topologies, system configurations, and recovery protocols.

• IT Resource Oversight: Monitor the utilization of IT resources such as storage and processing capacity, and suggest purchases or upgrades as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related area.

• Prior experience in systems administration, network administration, or IT infrastructure, ideally within a corporate setting.

• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization, data storage, network protocols, and cybersecurity technologies.

• Applicable certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
