Information Security Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive understanding of Information Security and data protection standards and frameworks (LGPD, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT, ITIL, etc.).

• Capability to develop and sustain organizational security controls.

• Insight into corporate risk management as it relates to IT and cybersecurity.

• Background in incident management, particularly with cyber incidents, from both process and regulatory viewpoints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, Information Security, or related disciplines.

• A postgraduate degree or specialization in Information Security, LGPD, or Risk Management is preferred.

• Certifications (Preferred): ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor, ITIL Foundation or higher, CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control).

• Experience in Information Security with an emphasis on formulating and preparing policies, standards, processes, and audits.

• Development and upkeep of corporate information security policies.

• Performing information security risk assessments in computing environments.
