This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and manage corporate endpoint security solutions, ensuring tools are implemented, configured, monitored, and functioning effectively.
• Administer and enhance endpoint security policies, guidelines, and standards across global operations.
• Provide support and troubleshoot endpoint agent installations and issues, escalating to vendors when necessary.
• Offer escalation assistance to junior administrators and operational teams.
• Collaborate closely with SOC, Vulnerability Management, Infrastructure, and Desktop Support teams to handle incidents and facilitate remediation.
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of endpoint security incidents, including DLP, malware, and policy violations.
• Work with the SIEM team to ensure proper analysis of alerts, vulnerabilities, and endpoint-related trends.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate issues related to endpoints, servers, software, and communication devices.
• Ensure that discovered issues, risks, and non-conformities are reported, tracked, and effectively remediated.
• Create and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual security reports.
• Support audits, penetration testing, and follow-up on remediation efforts.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for tools, automation, and processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and end users to gather requirements and enhance solutions.
• Over 4 years of experience in a global corporate security operations setting.
• More than 5 years of practical experience with endpoint security technologies.
• Experience operating security tools in multinational environments with multiple locations and large offices.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security technologies, including:
• DLP (Microsoft 365 Compliance DLP, Palo Alto DLP).
• Antimalware/EDR (Palo Alto Cortex/Azure KQL).
• NAC, IDS/IPS.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms and security logging/monitoring.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Atlassian, or similar ITSM tools.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of secure programming, systems integration, and endpoint architecture.
• Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SSCP, or equivalent security certification.
