Information Security Compliance Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Associate Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations, the Senior Lead — Sales Operations will be responsible for driving and optimizing Sprinto’s comprehensive revenue strategy.

• You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment on metrics, workflows, and AI-enhanced tools that facilitate sustainable growth.

• This position demands a high level of ownership, strategic thinking, process leadership, and the ability to influence across functions — rather than providing analytical support.

• This role is ideal for you if:

• You have developed and scaled go-to-market processes in a rapidly expanding SaaS environment.

• You are adept at both in-depth analysis and engaging with senior stakeholders.

• You seek to manage the revenue operating model rather than merely reporting on it.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in GRC, Information Security, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a relevant field — candidates with a direct academic background in GRC or audit are highly preferred.

• Previous experience with audits — whether gained through academic projects, internships, or professional roles — is a significant advantage; candidates who have been involved in or next to audit functions are particularly encouraged to apply.

• A genuine interest in information and cybersecurity — you are eager to understand how audit and compliance frameworks relate to real-world security postures, rather than just fulfilling requirements.

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets, trackers, and data — much of the learning occurs through hands-on experience, not just observation.

• Strong attention to detail — verification and mapping reviews require precision.

• Effective written communication skills — you will be responsible for documenting processes and addressing queries from audit partners.

• Familiarity with GenAI tools — such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any equivalent platform; prior experience in developing agents or automating workflows with AI is a strong plus, but a genuine desire to learn and experiment is what matters most.

• Self-motivated — while the Subject Matter Expert will provide guidance and review, you are expected to independently manage the operational cadence.
