Information Security BCM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You provide guidance to Hypoport companies in the setup, management, and ongoing enhancement of information security and business continuity management systems.

• You create, conduct, and interpret risk assessments, translating them into specific security measures.

• You formulate security policies, processes, and emergency/contingency plans while overseeing their execution.

• You schedule, coordinate, and assess security and emergency drills and exercises.

• You prepare and facilitate audits as well as training sessions to raise awareness regarding information security and business continuity management (BCM).

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree or vocational training combined with professional experience in cybersecurity, IT, data protection, or information security, or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably within the financial sector.

• Relevant experience in information security and/or business continuity management.

• Certifications in these fields are advantageous.

• Knowledge of network security, encryption technologies, endpoint protection, and security protocols.

• Experience in formulating and implementing BCM plans.

• Familiarity with applicable standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIS2, and DORA.

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken, with good English language skills, at least at B2 level.
