Information Security Analyst III – Offensive Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• In this position, you will engage directly in Red Team operations.

• Strategize and implement Red Team exercises, offensive validation activities, and attack simulations.

• Evaluate the exposure levels of environments, identities, applications, networks, endpoints, and cloud infrastructures.

• Carefully exploit vulnerabilities in a secure environment, documenting attack vectors and their impacts.

• Assist the Blue Team and CSIRT by providing insights to enhance detection capabilities, playbooks, and controls.

• Generate technical documentation that includes evidence, risk assessments, recommendations, and prioritization.

• Reassess fixes and aid in monitoring mitigation strategies.

• Contribute to the development of methodology, ethical standards, security practices, and governance regarding offensive operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Experience in offensive security, including exploitation, post-exploitation, Active Directory, applications, and network security.

• Familiarity with offensive tools, scripting, and testing methodologies.

• Understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, adversary tactics, controlled evasion, and exposure assessments.

• Capability to produce clear, mitigation-oriented reports.

• Relevant certifications (OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, CRTP) are advantageous.

• Knowledge of cloud environments, identity management, and the financial sector.
