Information Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in performing security evaluations for both new and existing third-party vendors and partners.

• Support subject matter experts in articulating and documenting the risk management process along with associated timelines.

• Conduct initial assessments and documentation of potential risks related to proposed vendor products and services.

• Aid in organizing and preparing for regular evaluations of vendor compliance with Amex GBT standards.

• Enter and monitor information within the Amex GBT GRC tool to facilitate the vendor review process.

• Assist with internal security compliance audits by collecting necessary evidence.

• Collaborate with members of the Information Security team to gather and assemble security-related data.

• Help in the creation of reports and dashboards for the Third-Party Cyber Security team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT, with a growing interest in information security compliance.

• Information security certifications are preferred (e.g., Security+, SSCP).

• A basic understanding of the Travel Industry and associated travel products.

• Knowledge of security industry standards and controls.
