This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused assistance to individuals seeking help over the phone.
• Support callers by responding to inquiries, processing transactions, or guiding them through various topics.
• Handle calls with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Keep informed about updates and information that will be communicated.
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
• Ability to adapt to a varying workload based on organizational needs is a plus.
• Must have an internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and a secure, quiet workspace in Quebec.
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is required.
• Knowledge of English is considered an asset.
• Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is necessary.
• Enjoy the comfort of working from home with equipment supplied by us.
• Receive a bilingualism premium of $1.00 per hour, when applicable.
• Participate in a fully paid training and mentorship program.
