
Industry Marketing Manager – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the implementation and management of regional marketing initiatives for retail partners and distributors.
• This role is an individual contributor position that demands versatility, from organizing local events to launching regional training programs for retailers.
• Serve as a primary marketing liaison for Zwift Ready brands, ensuring that messaging, assets, and activations are consistent.
• Help to enhance the Zwift experience in bike shops and community venues through toolkits, events, and in-store activities.
• Collaborate with regional teams to promote retail education, product storytelling, and community involvement.
• Aid in the development and management of local community initiatives, such as store-led rides, runs, demos, and events.
• Oversee the coordination of marketing materials, schedules, and communications across various partners.
• Collect feedback from retail and community partners and relay insights to internal teams.
• Ensure that all activations are on-brand, authentic, and provide value to both partners and Zwifters.
• Serve as the point of contact for any local agencies or complementary marketing functions when necessary.
• Target markets include Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea.
• Proficient in both Japanese and English.
• Easily builds trust and enjoys collaborating with retailers, brands, and distributors.
• Takes pride in reliability, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Approaches partnerships with empathy and curiosity, particularly when assisting local partners.
• Comfortable managing multiple regions, partners, and priorities concurrently.
• Exhibits a proactive, hands-on approach to execution.
• Communicates effectively and positively, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to community and grasps the significance of grassroots marketing.
• Experience in working with retail partners, distributors, or brand programs.
• Possesses strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Has a solid understanding of Zwift from both gaming and technical perspectives.
• Holds a passion for cycling.
• Willing to travel as necessary to support stores and events.
• Ideally, already an active Zwifter or familiar with Zwift.
