Industrial Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Guidehouse is in search of an Industrial Engineering Lead who will oversee the provision of modeling and simulation solutions.

• Provide recommendations aimed at continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Develop an implementation plan to address process gaps across various manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, engineers, data scientists, and other developers to create tools and strategies that enhance industrial processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance.

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of TEN (10) years of experience in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• Proficiency in value stream mapping of manufacturing processes.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in analyzing the current and future states of industrial manufacturing processes and formulating a plan to close identified gaps.

• Familiarity with discrete event simulation and relevant software (Simio, Arena, FlexSim, etc.).
