Independent EAP Counsellor – In Person Services Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Oversee online referrals ensuring timely responses

• Deliver brief, solution-oriented counseling (3-12 sessions)

• Engage with a diverse clientele encountering various workplace and personal issues

• Keep detailed case documentation and provide feedback

• Work in tandem with our Provider Services team on risk management efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Accreditation: IACP, PSI, ICP, APCP, IAHIP or equivalent credentials

• Alternative: Diploma-level qualification plus 3 years of post-qualification experience and 450+ counseling hours

• Approach: Proven experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models

• Supervision: Must have regular professional clinical supervision arrangements

• Insurance: Professional indemnity coverage (minimum €1,000,000)
