Incident Response Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Create processes, tools, and automation to enhance incident management responses and reduce business risks.

• Work alongside various security teams, engineering, product, support, and business operations to determine suitable detection use cases and automation.

• Utilize a threat modeling-focused strategy for incident detection and response.

• Oversee the security logging platform.

• Keep current with emerging threats and attack vectors to refine our detection systems and manage the attack surface.

• Manage information security events and incidents affecting ClickHouse products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in product security, red teaming, penetration testing, and threat modeling, coupled with expertise in incident detection and response.

• Strong understanding and practical experience with one or more cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven experience in securing large-scale customer-facing cloud infrastructures.

• Extensive development and automation skills; proficiency in Golang and Python is preferred.
