Inbound Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from Australian customers, delivering an exceptional experience.

• Handle inbound calls exclusively; no outbound cold calling involved.

• Clarify the services offered by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and the process of junk removal.

• Address inquiries regarding services, service regions, availability, and pricing.

• Transform customer inquiries into bookings for the truck team.

• Participate in 3 weeks of fully compensated remote training.

• Become part of a team guided by a committed Team Lead following training.

• Assist in enhancing customer experience and booking operations for 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, a division of O2E Brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally permitted to work in Canada and currently living in Alberta.

• Must be available for the initial 3 weeks of training from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday MST.

• After training, must be available for shifts from 1:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday–Sunday MST.

• Possess a very friendly telephone demeanor.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

• Comfortable with learning new technology.

• Good typing speed, with a minimum of 25 WPM.

• A quiet workspace at home is necessary.

• Must have a quick and reliable internet connection.

• Personal computer should have at least 8GB of memory.

• A wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call centers, or other relevant fields is an advantage.
