In-House Clinical Research Associate, CRA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the execution of studies by coordinating meeting logistics, recording decisions, and monitoring action items.

• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and site monitors to ensure adherence to protocol and quality standards.

• Timely file site-related documents into Trial Master Files (TMFs).

• Organize, review, and track essential documents from sites and vendors.

• Identify, elevate, and assist in resolving site-level challenges with cross-functional teams.

• Support regulatory submissions and other study-related deliverables.

• Initiate process enhancements that improve speed, quality, and patient outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science or health-related discipline, or equivalent experience in the industry.

• Over 5 years of experience in clinical trials within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.

• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards.

• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.

• Proactive and solution-oriented approach with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, mission-oriented setting.

• Excellent team player who excels in flat, agile organizational structures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Comfortable with regular use of computers/devices and office equipment, clear communication, occasional physical movement, screen-based tasks, basic hand coordination, and sustained concentration.
