This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Perform thorough evaluations of children or adolescents alongside their family dynamics.
• Create personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client.
• Deliver weekly individual therapy sessions for youth.
• Provide clinical support and advice to parents, guardians, and caregivers within the home environment.
• Collaborate with team members involved in treatment and with referring agencies.
• Keep precise and prompt records of all client engagements, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Engage in biweekly supervision meetings with the Director of Counseling Services.
• Master's degree in a recognized mental health field.
• Appropriate licensure or certification (LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC).
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, behavioral interventions, and family systems.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (mandatory for traveling to client homes).
• Successful completion of background checks and necessary clearances (e.g., criminal history, child abuse).
• Maintenance of personal malpractice insurance coverage throughout the duration of employment.
