Import and Export Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee customs clearance procedures and supervise import and export operations;

• Evaluate Import Declarations and associated documentation relevant to operations;

• Implement international trade activities for the import and export of goods and services, offering technical advice as needed;

• Prepare and validate documentation while maintaining communication with government agencies, customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and clients;

• Track all phases of the international trade process, ensuring adherence to timelines and protocols;

• Deliver customer service and assistance, guaranteeing the precision of information and the quality of service provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or related disciplines;

• At least 3 years of experience in Import and Export;

• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.
