This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Execute complex studio software project setups and modifications as per client requirements.
• Respond to incoming support calls and emails.
• Employ Asana checklists and adhere to established protocols for each project setup.
• Transfer or escalate issues to other team members as necessary.
• Utilize the Intercom ticketing system to manage client inquiries.
• Submit software development requests and bug reports to the development team on behalf of users.
• Train and provide ongoing support to fellow Implementation Specialists to assist with setups.
• Help plan and coordinate user communications as needed.
• Assist Technical Account Management with clients to ensure their setups are correctly enabled.
• Support the Digital Project Manager in maintaining the company's projects, including audits and checklists.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
• At least 1 year of experience in software implementation or project onboarding.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work and perform under pressure.
• Capability to hold oneself accountable for accurately completing tasks.
• Self-monitoring, self-aware, and self-correcting abilities.
• A proactive approach to finding solutions, rather than merely finishing tasks.
• An enthusiastic attitude towards delivering exceptional customer service.
• Eagerness to learn the intricacies of GreenSlate software platforms.
• Experience in supporting accounting or other business operations software.
• Knowledge of production workflows and basic accounting principles is advantageous!
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Highly focused and detail-oriented.
