Implementation Specialist – Contract

📋 Description

• Arrange meetings with clients following the acquisition of Club Caddie software.

• Oversee the gathering of data and information essential for configuring purchased software systems.

• Develop and manage project plans tailored for each client.

• Direct client communications during the software implementation process to secure feedback and approval.

• Configure Club Caddie software systems according to clients’ requirements and specifications, utilizing knowledge of golf course operations.

• Educate clients on Club Caddie software systems and associated add-on modules.

• Produce specialized documentation that outlines client customizations.

• Manage critical deliverables and project milestones effectively.

• Provide cost and time estimates for any additional development tasks.

• Invoice clients for professional services rendered.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with Club Caddie software is preferred.

• Experience as an Implementation Specialist or in a related field.

• In-depth understanding of golf course operations and management systems.

• Knowledge of the software functionalities of Club Caddie’s competitors.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in golf course operations.

• Solid technical expertise.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite or similar tools.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication, and presentation skills.
