Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of Visor.ai for new clients.

• Set up conversational flows, rules, channels, permissions, and data configurations.

• Facilitate sessions to gather requirements and convert them into actionable configurations.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality deliverables.

• Manage project timelines, implementation, and client coordination.

• Provide support during testing, training, and the go-live phase.

• Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients after the go-live.

• Track solution adoption, client satisfaction, and ongoing value delivery.

• Spot opportunities for improvement and growth.

• Hold regular operational and strategic meetings with clients.

• Oversee contract renewal processes.

• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Work with product and sales teams to outline proposals for expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing positions (Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or related fields).

• Proven experience in contact centers, with a solid understanding of operations, metrics, and associated challenges.

• Capability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams.

• Self-sufficient, analytical, and customer-focused mindset.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in both Portuguese and English.

• Proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage.

• Experience in the banking and insurance industries is a plus.
