Implementation Lead – Financials, ARM, Multi-Book

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive NetSuite ERP implementations, guiding projects from discovery to go-live.

• Utilize the SuiteSuccess methodology throughout all stages of implementation.

• Conduct workshops for gathering business requirements, mapping processes, and designing solutions.

• Transform client financial and accounting needs into scalable NetSuite solutions.

• Oversee implementations concentrated on Financials, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Multi-Book Accounting.

• Provide guidance to stakeholders on financial best practices, accounting procedures, and compliance with revenue recognition.

• Configure NetSuite Financial modules, which include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, ARM, and Multi-Book Accounting.

• Facilitate implementations for multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global financial operations.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and propose best-practice financial solutions.

• Manage data migration, financial validation, QA testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, and data conversions.

• Act as the primary functional advisor for finance and accounting stakeholders.

• Conduct client workshops, provide end-user training, and lead change management initiatives.

• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and timelines to both internal and client stakeholders.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Assist with post-go-live optimization, enhancements, and ongoing improvement efforts.

• Document solution designs, configurations, business processes, and best practices for implementation.

• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the establishment of implementation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of NetSuite implementation experience with a focus on Financials.

• Practical experience in implementing Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and Multi-Book Accounting.

• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.

• Demonstrated experience leading complete NetSuite ERP implementations.

• Experience in supporting multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global accounting environments.

• Strong grasp of revenue recognition principles and best practices in financial reporting.

• Capability to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable NetSuite solutions.

• Experience in configuring NetSuite workflows, roles, forms, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.

• Excellent skills in client-facing interactions, presentations, and stakeholder management.
