Implementation Director

📋 Description

• Lead and build a team dedicated to delivering AI-driven solutions for health system clients.

• Take ownership of the comprehensive implementation process, from pre-sales scoping to go-live and transition.

• Develop and maintain playbooks, templates, tools, and best practices for implementations.

• Establish and monitor KPIs related to implementation quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

• Recruit, nurture, and oversee a high-achieving team of Implementation Managers.

• Act as the Delivery Lead for strategic accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in customer-facing implementation, customer success, or delivery leadership roles within enterprise healthcare SaaS or technology.

• At least 2 years of experience in an early-stage, venture-backed healthcare technology company (from Seed to Series B).

• Minimum of 2 years in a people management role.

• Demonstrated success in implementing enterprise healthcare software, SaaS, or AI solutions within U.S. health systems.

• Experience in launching new enterprise healthcare technology products.

• Strong expertise in the health system domain.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare data, integration, and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7).

• Outstanding communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

• Excellent strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
