This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the effective development, configuration, testing, and delivery of benefits administration solutions for Channel Partner implementation clients.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Leader to conduct kickoff meetings, requirements discussions, and project status updates.
• Oversee implementation timelines, set expectations, foresee risks, and communicate delivery timelines.
• Evaluate client requirements and tailor system functionality accordingly.
• Work closely with Product Management, EDI, and other internal functional teams.
• Aid in validating benefits class matrices, requirements templates, rates, permissions, field options, site text, data imports, and vendor file exports.
• Configure and test system functionalities to ensure accurate client setups.
• Provide assistance with client training and educational initiatives.
• Review implementation processes to identify enhancements in efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Recognize implementation risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and coach Channel Partner implementation team members.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries.
• Assist in testing and validating enhancements and configuration modifications.
• Manage and escalate client issues as necessary.
• Advise clients on best practices and suggest system or process improvements.
• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management, client services, implementation, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with benefits administration technology, HRIS platforms, payroll systems, or related software solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and client relationship management abilities.
• Capability to operate efficiently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to comprehend and manage complex business and technical concepts.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis methods.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and customer service.
• Some travel may be required.
• Preferred: experience in supporting Channel Partner implementations or benefits administration clients.
• Preferred: knowledge of enrollment platforms, eligibility processes, carrier integrations, and EDI functionality.
• Preferred: experience with software testing, UAT, and best practices in implementation methodology.
• Preferred: professional experience in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Payroll, or HR Technology sectors.
