This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Carry out comprehensive onboarding workflows for designated partners, ensuring timely advancement through each phase.
• Track application statuses across various systems and proactively resolve any delays or obstacles.
• Confirm that all necessary steps are completed in line with established processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Assess the performance of new partners according to a predetermined timeline.
• Leverage automated tools for due diligence, validation, and partner configuration setup.
• Examine system outputs for completeness and accuracy, pinpointing any exceptions or discrepancies.
• Initiate relevant workflows and actions based on system findings.
• Verify partner information and uphold data integrity across all platforms.
• Maintain thorough and audit-ready documentation in alignment with compliance standards.
• Ensure that all onboarding records are accurately documented within internal systems.
• Identify any gaps in information, inconsistencies, or breakdowns in processes.
• Elevate issues to senior team members with clear context and supporting documentation.
• Assist in resolving workflow impediments to sustain onboarding progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Credit, Treasury) to facilitate onboarding activities.
• Engage in continuous improvement by spotting inefficiencies in workflows or systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a relevant combination of education and experience in business, compliance, or technical fields.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, onboarding, or financial services is preferred.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or remittance sectors is advantageous.
• Familiarity with workflow tools, CRM systems, or onboarding platforms is preferred.
• Bilingual fluency is required, including professional-level communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to make decisions within established guidelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with stakeholders.
