Implementation Consultant – Governance & Processes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the implementation of the SoftExpert Suite for clients from diverse sectors;

• Gather, analyze, and document business and governance workflows;

• Assist with initiatives regarding risk management, compliance, and internal controls;

• Set up workflows, key performance indicators (KPIs), and automation within the platform;

• Lead workshops, provide training sessions, and ensure continuous implementation support;

• Aid in the institutionalization and adoption of the solution among clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in software implementation projects, particularly in BPM;

• Proficiency in databases (SQL);

• Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, and APIs);

• Expertise in process mapping and automation (BPM);

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Economics, or related disciplines;

• Language proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
