This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• The Implementation Analyst will oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of projects aimed at enhancing public management, with a focus on education and human resources management.
• This role involves collaboration with Municipal and State Departments of Education, aiding in the development and monitoring of public policies, diagnostics, and action plans.
• The position requires independent, collaborative, and strategic efforts, engaging various stakeholders, interpreting data, and tailoring solutions to fit diverse political and institutional landscapes.
• Candidates must possess analytical skills, a sense of ownership, facilitation abilities, and the capacity to navigate the political environment effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (Degrees in Public Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, or Education are advantageous.)
• Proven experience in project management or the implementation of public policies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the creation of reports and executive presentations utilizing Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Experience collaborating within remote teams and the ability to manage oneself effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently (biweekly or weekly) to partner networks and government entities across various regions of Brazil.
• A strong sense of responsibility and proactive attitude.
• Dedication to maintaining the quality and consistency of deliverables.
• Capability to function in dynamic environments, juggling multiple demands and priorities.
• Skill in simplifying complex topics into clear, engaging messages.
