This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish yourself as the expert in software business development through the strategic application of technology.
• Execute best practices in software utilization and ensure the successful adoption of HighLevel software.
• Create comprehensive onboarding playbooks and cultivate strong relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and challenges, translating them into actionable implementation strategies.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage implementation, upgrade, and conversion projects.
• Design, develop, and oversee application integration or migration deployments.
• Administer project scope, plans, timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify potential challenges and collaborate with leadership to formulate contingency plans.
• Synchronize customer requirements and information across various departments.
• Follow up with accounts that are lagging or disengaged to ensure successful implementation.
• Contribute to educational webinars and workshops.
• Keep abreast of product features and updates.
• Optimize processes, enhance revenue, and improve product efficiency.
• Revise customer journey playbooks as needed.
• Transform plans into practical solutions utilizing technical expertise.
• Monitor, anticipate, and surpass customer adoption and usage metrics, including renewals and net promoter scores.
• Evaluate customer content and develop transition or migration strategies.
• Advise clients on best practices, risks, and changes impacting processes and timelines.
• Lead consulting initiatives throughout implementation and achieve consulting milestones.
• Offer insights on critical or unresolved implementation challenges.
• Foster collaboration between internal functional teams and clients.
• Address basic support inquiries during implementation.
• Build strong relationships with new accounts to ensure long-term success.
• Enhance onboarding delivery, maintain product knowledge, and engage in cross-training activities.
• Perform additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years of experience in customer success, software implementation, consulting, or technical support.
• 2–3 years of experience with HighLevel or comparable vertical solutions.
• Excellent skills in tact, diplomacy, follow-through, and communication when addressing sensitive customer matters.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with internal systems such as HighLevel and Freshdesk is preferred.
• Strong understanding and proficiency in software solutions and professional service offerings.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in customer consulting.
• Preferred: 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• IT technical skills and experience with platform integrations.
• Experience in managing and training diverse teams according to company standards.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to create high-quality documents, SOPs, and customer journey playbooks.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and internet applications.
