Implementatie Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• You conduct workshops and training sessions for users;

• You analyze business processes and customer needs and translate them into suitable solutions;

• You guide clients through interactive sessions and provide advice on application possibilities;

• You configure and set up applications and assist with testing (including UAT);

• You support users and administrators with inquiries following implementation;

• You identify improvement opportunities and proactively advise the client;

• You act as a liaison between business, IT, and other involved teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• HBO working and thinking level;

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in software implementations or consultancy;

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset;

• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;

• Affinity for IT and business processes;

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team;

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure, or interfaces is a plus;

• Proficient in both Dutch and English;

• A valid driver's license.
