This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Prepare and reproduce study materials during the initial phase.
• Follow up on site documentation and organize training sessions.
• Create requests for test runs and evaluate incoming study data.
• Monitor and address data discrepancies while managing site communications.
• Generate and verify reports for both sites and sponsors.
• Investigate logistical edit checks and report any system issues.
• Coordinate and process IQC data, including phantom rotation and machine equivalence.
• Maintain IQC tracking databases, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Track IQC submissions and update study teams on progress.
• Maintain study databases and prepare BMD Scan Review Forms.
• Plan and coordinate site start-up activities and training sessions.
• Enter and track data in internal systems and actively participate in project meetings.
• Review project tracking, address queries, and identify trends in site/data.
• Manage communications with sites and assist in resolving client issues.
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism and maintain compliance with SOPs.
• Participate in updates to SOPs and company-sponsored training.
• A high school diploma is required; an Associate/Bachelor’s degree in bioscience, computer science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with PC-based systems and common software (Word, Excel, databases).
• An understanding of clinical trials and good clinical practices is preferred.
• Experience with network navigation and file management.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively; adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation capabilities.
