This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Execute and assist in periodic access certification and attestation campaigns (Access Attestation), which includes monitoring, following up with stakeholders, and managing necessary remediations.
• Analyze access and identity data to detect: inactive or outdated accounts; inappropriate access; permission anomalies; violations of segregation of duties; and the lack of owners for accesses or groups.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new applications and groups into the Identity Governance (IGA) platform in collaboration with application owners and certifiers.
• Prepare and uphold process documentation, evidence, and controls pertaining to access governance.
• Assist with internal and external audits by supplying required evidence and documentation.
• Work in conjunction with Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams, as well as application owners, to address access management challenges.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives utilizing tools such as PowerShell, Power Automate, and AI-based solutions.
• Monitor KPIs, metrics, and reports associated with Identity and Access Governance.
• 2 to 4 years of practical experience in: Identity and Access Management (IAM); Identity Governance and Administration (IGA); Information Security; Access Governance; and IT operations related to identity management.
• Familiarity with Identity Governance (IGA) platforms, preferably SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Experience with processes such as Access Review, Access Certification, and access recertification.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Capability to analyze large datasets using Excel.
• Experience in identifying trends, inconsistencies, and risks related to access.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Competent in managing multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of PowerShell for automating analyses and report generation.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticket and request management.
• Familiarity with audits and compliance processes related to access management.
• Knowledge of Splunk, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
• Experience with AI tools applied to process automation, document generation, report creation, and data analysis.
