Identity Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the IDMWORKS field sales team to support the technical exploration and development of solutions for potential clients in Access Management Pursuits.

• Serve as a communication bridge between IDMWORKS Sales, Technical PreSales, Advisory, and Practice Leadership groups.

• Engage in the collection of requirements, analyze business workflows, and offer recommendations along with proposed solutions to clients.

• Take part in technology evaluations and workshops to identify new opportunities for IDMWORKS solutions.

• Participate in presales demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for vendor solutions.

• Assist in the preparation of RFP responses.

• Contribute to the development of IDMWORKS Proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) documents.

• Help create and enhance new and existing client-facing sales and marketing materials for IDMWORKS.

• Collaborate with the Director of Technical Solutions team to design programmatic architecture and solution frameworks across various IAM technologies and functional domains to meet prospective clients' technical needs.

• Stay updated on IAM trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices within the market.

• Engage in customer-facing presales workshops and assessments.

• Provide status updates, including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks.

• Author technical and sales-related documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with IAM components including Access Management, Consumer Identity and Access Management, SSO/Federation, and Enterprise Directories.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM implementation or architecture.

• At least 4 years of experience in security consulting, security administration, or information technology.

• Understanding of Access Management principles.

• Familiarity with SSO/Federation concepts.

• Knowledge of enterprise directories such as LDAP and Active Directory.

• Experience with enterprise systems including SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, and ServiceNow.

• Proficient in setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix systems.

• Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

• Familiarity with security and compliance standards, frameworks, and concepts such as NIST, SOX, GDPR, and Zero Trust.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience in a related position.

• IAM Technology-specific training or certification is a plus.

• CISSP Certification is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
