This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with the IDMWORKS field sales team to support the technical exploration and development of solutions for potential clients in Access Management Pursuits.
β’ Serve as a communication bridge between IDMWORKS Sales, Technical PreSales, Advisory, and Practice Leadership groups.
β’ Engage in the collection of requirements, analyze business workflows, and offer recommendations along with proposed solutions to clients.
β’ Take part in technology evaluations and workshops to identify new opportunities for IDMWORKS solutions.
β’ Participate in presales demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for vendor solutions.
β’ Assist in the preparation of RFP responses.
β’ Contribute to the development of IDMWORKS Proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
β’ Help create and enhance new and existing client-facing sales and marketing materials for IDMWORKS.
β’ Collaborate with the Director of Technical Solutions team to design programmatic architecture and solution frameworks across various IAM technologies and functional domains to meet prospective clients' technical needs.
β’ Stay updated on IAM trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices within the market.
β’ Engage in customer-facing presales workshops and assessments.
β’ Provide status updates, including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks.
β’ Author technical and sales-related documentation.
β’ Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with IAM components including Access Management, Consumer Identity and Access Management, SSO/Federation, and Enterprise Directories.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM implementation or architecture.
β’ At least 4 years of experience in security consulting, security administration, or information technology.
β’ Understanding of Access Management principles.
β’ Familiarity with SSO/Federation concepts.
β’ Knowledge of enterprise directories such as LDAP and Active Directory.
β’ Experience with enterprise systems including SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, and ServiceNow.
β’ Proficient in setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix systems.
β’ Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
β’ Familiarity with security and compliance standards, frameworks, and concepts such as NIST, SOX, GDPR, and Zero Trust.
β’ Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience in a related position.
β’ IAM Technology-specific training or certification is a plus.
β’ CISSP Certification is advantageous.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
