Identity Adoption Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive adoption of BeyondTrust Identity Security Insights for a designated group of licensed clients.

• Act as the technical leads for the Adoption teams.

• Develop and implement individualized Success Plans for each customer with clear milestones.

• Create a consistent engagement schedule.

• Utilize the adoption playbook in Pathfinder.

• Enhance adoption across the entire Insights connector catalog.

• Convert Insights findings into customer-friendly risk narratives.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success Management, and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to the development of enablement materials that amplify impact.

• Assist in establishing baseline and continuous reporting on program KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in technical presales, technical account management, professional services, customer success engineering, or identity/IAM consulting.

• Familiarity with identity security concepts that encompass human, nonhuman, and AI identities.

• Experience in deploying and managing connectors or integrations between a security/identity platform and enterprise identity and entitlement data sources.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Experience in Success Plans, customer health assessments, action tracking, problem resolution, and de-escalation of customer issues.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.

• A proactive approach is essential.

• Knowledge of identity providers and directories (Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, Ping) and federation/SSO (SAML, OIDC).

• Familiarity with various identity security domains.

• Understanding of agentic-AI platforms and frameworks.

• Experience in related identity security areas such as CIEM, ITDR, ISPM, PAM, IGA, and NHI management tools.

• Proficiency in SQL or scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for large dataset analysis.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, code repositories, and developer platforms.

• Understanding of secrets and credential management concepts.

• Experience with Cloud IAM in one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
