IAM/IGA Consultant, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the deployment, implementation, and integration of the Saviynt platform with essential enterprise applications and infrastructure.

• Design Solutions: Convert intricate customer requirements into elegant, scalable technical designs, proofs-of-concept, and implementations.

• Mentor & Guide: Offer technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering the development of the next generation of IAM technology professionals.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with product engineering to connect customer needs with product advancements, while occasionally supporting direct and partner sales teams with technical pre-sales knowledge.

• Manage the Lifecycle: Adhere to established SDLC methodologies, produce clear design and testing documentation, and guarantee high-quality delivery on schedule and within budget.

• Troubleshoot: Engage in deep debugging, research, and investigation to overcome complex technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 3–5+ years of practical industry experience in designing, developing, customizing, and deploying significant Identity Management and Governance products.

• Strong foundational knowledge of core IAG concepts, particularly User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation.

• An analytical mindset, a keen interest in security architecture, and the communication skills to effectively address customer objections and manage technical challenges.
