IAM Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing the back-end operating systems.

• Manage IAM tools while providing functional and business technology support, which includes, but is not limited to, handling chat FAQs, account management, permission authorization, access review and control, monitoring and alerting, data protection, and risk identification and analysis.

• Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders: business partners, product managers, developers, as well as infrastructure and information security teams.

• Continuously assess the effectiveness of system functionality, proposing enhancements based on organizational needs.

• Correlate events across various systems to proactively identify and resolve deep-rooted issues.

• Offer standby support at all times for emergency recoveries concerning permission issues.

• Independently drive access control-related projects and ensure timely delivery of positive results.

• Collaborate with product and development teams during UAT to guarantee a successful release with minimal system or user impact.

• Capable of handling ad-hoc assignments from management with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in an IT or computing-related field.

• Direct experience in Identity and Access Management, with a solid understanding of its principles.

• Proficient in formulating and managing access control policies based on business needs.

• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices, along with familiarity with relevant technologies and tools for access control.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in CN/EN are preferred for effective interaction with key stakeholders.

• Must demonstrate high flexibility and adaptability to change.

• CISA and PMP certifications are considered advantageous.
