HVAC Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create precise, competitive, and timely cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects.

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and site conditions to formulate estimates.

• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and vendors.

• Engage in internal quote evaluations to ensure pricing accuracy.

• Carry out site walks, pre-bid meetings, and field verifications for larger projects.

• Keep well-organized estimating files and maintain historical cost data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution is preferred, or equivalent experience/training.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an estimating role with an HVAC/R Mechanical Service Provider is preferred.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software systems.

• Experienced with construction estimating software.
