This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate precise estimates for plan/spec and design/build HVAC systems utilizing estimating software and tools.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and assist in the development of scope for HVAC systems.
• Aid in equipment sizing and selection under the supervision of senior team members.
• Collaborate with assigned Account Executive Partner(s) to facilitate sales of air distribution products, such as grilles, diffusers, dampers, fans, louvers, and associated equipment.
• Keep estimating logs and job quotes updated, and help monitor material and labor expenses.
• Acquire a working knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and air distribution products.
• Attend internal and factory training sessions to enhance product and industry knowledge.
• Conduct virtual surveys (Cubi Casa) and pre-bid walkthroughs as required.
• Coordinate with sales, contractor relations, and project management teams to ensure project consistency with estimates and specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of equipment submittals and specifications.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and take on additional projects as assigned.
• Report directly to the Manager, Design and Estimation.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in HVAC estimating or a related industry.
• Fundamental understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents with assistance.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured setting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and implement new technical concepts.
• Demonstrated sound judgment, strong work ethic, and professionalism.
• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC Vocational Training or Certification is preferred.
• Experience with residential and multi-family HVAC systems is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, with frequent overnight stays.
