📋 Description

• Offer technical and functional assistance to clients through phone, email, and live chat.

• Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.

• Maintain extensive product knowledge to deliver precise and effective solutions.

• Manage intricate customer interactions with empathy, professionalism, and fluency in the native language.

• Work collaboratively with international teams to identify trends and enhance service delivery.

• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Hungarian, both spoken and written, is essential.

• Proficiency in English for effective communication within a diverse, multinational office environment.

• Previous experience in Customer Support Services is highly advantageous.

• A valid EU passport or work permit is required for employment in Sofia.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
