This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Design, develop, and sustain tailored dashboards and reports for various departments including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership.
• Create specific views for each role that provide teams and stakeholders with the most relevant metrics.
• Continuously enhance dashboards in alignment with shifting business priorities, funnels, and KPIs.
• Analyze data related to pipeline, conversion, attribution, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Convert raw CRM data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and department heads.
• Construct and maintain reports on lead flow, deal velocity, win rates, forecasting, and revenue attribution.
• Oversee the overall HubSpot instance, including properties, pipelines, deal stages, lifecycle stages, lists, and data hygiene.
• Configure and manage workflows, automation, lead scoring, and routing rules.
• Ensure data quality, deduplication, and consistency across all objects and teams.
• Manage user permissions, teams, and access across various departments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Service to comprehend reporting requirements and develop solutions that integrate seamlessly with their workflows.
• Set up and manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools within the technology stack.
• Train and assist internal teams on dashboards, reports, and CRM best practices.
• Standardize data capture, tracking, and reporting methods throughout the organization.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and manual processes, then automate these within HubSpot.
• Align the CRM with the evolving go-to-market strategy and product growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, AI, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of practical experience in administering and managing HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub).
• Demonstrated expertise in creating custom dashboards, reports, and analytics within HubSpot.
• Strong data analysis capabilities with a knack for converting numbers into business insights.
• Comprehensive understanding of CRM workflows, automation, lead lifecycle, and pipeline management.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and translate departmental needs into CRM solutions.
• Comfortable in a hands-on, high-ownership role.
