HubSpot Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance HubSpot workflows, automation, and daily system operations.

• Take charge of data integrity to ensure lead information is accurate, organized, and actionable.

• Assist in establishing, refining, and managing a two-way API integration between HubSpot and Campus Cafe.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of HubSpot processes for both admissions and clinic lead management.

• Aid in the implementation of HIPAA-compliant lead handling procedures within HubSpot for clinic-related scenarios.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to optimize lead flow, follow-up processes, and operational efficiency.

• Assist in the gradual implementation of additional HubSpot functionalities, such as chat, text campaigns, and other workflow enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly in workflows, automation, data management, and backend operations.

• Proven experience in managing data hygiene and developing scalable lead management systems.

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or two-way system synchronization between platforms.

• Capability to troubleshoot operational challenges and enhance systems comprehensively with minimal supervision.

• Background in HIPAA-compliant processes, healthcare systems, or other privacy-sensitive environments is highly desirable.

• Experience with student information systems like Campus Cafe is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Proficient in English for effective collaboration with stakeholders based in the U.S.
