This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of Workday HCM and associated HR systems

• Ensure timely handling, resolution, or escalation of global service tickets and mailbox inquiries

• Manage HR systems through data corrections, mass updates, and routine administrative tasks

• Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits to verify data accuracy and consistency

• Aid in the testing of system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionalities

• Collaborate with IT to resolve interface and integration issues

• Implement system updates (e.g., cost centers, organizations, locations, reporting structures)

• Generate and analyze reports, ensuring data precision and insightful results

• Support HR and Payroll audits (e.g., compensation, job changes)

• Provide basic user training and develop support documentation

• Create and manage reports, including on-demand reporting as required

• Contribute to process enhancement and system optimization efforts

• Engage in projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR system efficiency

• 1–3 years of experience with Workday or HCM systems (mandatory)

• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities

• Keen attention to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy and quality

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and data workflows

• Quick learner with the capability to work comfortably with data

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret and convey data

• Customer-oriented approach with a strong service focus
