HRIS Analyst – Workday

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to establish requirements and propose scalable system solutions that align with business objectives.

• Engage in hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation of Workday solutions to implement new functionalities and enhancements based on regional and business needs.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex system issues and defects.

• Provide daily Workday system support for a global user base, including ticket resolution, audits, and data uploads (EIBs).

• Create dashboards and advanced reports, including matrix and composite reports, to meet business requirements.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize processes both within and outside the system using Workday capabilities.

• Remain updated on new system features, updates, and best practices, sharing insights with the team to promote continuous improvement.

• Develop and deliver training materials for the system, such as process documentation, training sessions, and communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of robust hands-on configuration experience is necessary (with 3 or more of the Workday modules/areas: core HCM, Absence & Time Off, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Integrations, Recruitment, Reporting, Security).

• Must possess working proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and articulate technical concepts in practical terms in both languages.

• Strong critical thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail, focusing on the accuracy and integrity of sensitive data.

• Excellent skills in prioritization and time management.

• Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and concepts.
