This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to establish requirements and propose scalable system solutions that align with business objectives.
• Engage in hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation of Workday solutions to implement new functionalities and enhancements based on business and regional needs.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex system issues and defects.
• Provide daily Workday system support for a global user base, which includes ticket resolution, audits, and data uploads (EIBs).
• Create dashboards and advanced reports, including matrix and composite reports, that meet business requirements.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and optimize processes both within and outside the system leveraging Workday's capabilities.
• Stay updated on new system features, updates, and best practices, sharing insights with the team to promote ongoing improvements.
• Develop and deliver system training materials (such as process documentation, training sessions, and communications).
• A minimum of 3+ years of extensive hands-on configuration experience is required, particularly in three or more Workday modules/areas: core HCM, Absence & Time Off, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Integrations, Recruitment, Reporting, and Security.
• Must possess working proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and articulate technical concepts in a practical manner in both languages.
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sensitive data.
